A warm welcome to my page to discover how you can lose weight without starving yourself.

First of all, a little bit about myself. My Name is Vincent, i have done lots of research on the topic of how to lose weight  due to the fact that i was also overweight. I realised that i need to    keep myself fit and healthy in order to stay away from diabetes and hypertension due to my gene as both my parents have diabetes and high blood pressure.

Overweight leads to many health problems. Reports had shown that people who are diagnosed with diabetes are overweight or obese. Overweight also leads to hypertensin, heart attacks and strokes.

Due to the above mentioned, i don't see any reason why i should not lose weight.
